This one should be my first post

I decided that since we are brand new to the blogging universe, I'd start over and give everyone an update on our family. Jess and I met nearly five years ago, married four and a half years ago, and have begun our own little family. We have two rambunctious kids, who keep us busy and exhausted, but whom we love and couldn't imagine life without!

Jack is two, idolizes trains and his papa, and would live outside if we'd let him! His favorite activity would involve doing almost anything with Jess, especially jeep rides!

This is him pushing his trains around in Jayci's stroller. He kindly removed her doll first.

Jayci is 15 months old, and is a sassy-sweet girly-girl to the bone, but she still LOVES to get dirty! She loves her binkies, and like Jack loves his papa, Jayci is a mama's girl!

Two years ago we bought our first house, and we love it! We have the best ward and neighborhood, and Grandma and Grandpa Bruun live right down the street! Yes, we are in the same ward, but we really love it and we don't plan on going anywhere for a long time.

This is the only pic I could find of our house, when we brought our sweet little girl home. (Sorry, I smudged our house numbers because I'm a paranoid freak!)
Jess works with his dad at their family business, Rick's Muffler, and he is amazingly talented at what he does! (Since he doesn't know I'm writing this, I have bragging rights, right?) He's also the greatest husband and father, and the kids and I adore him! Aside from above, Jess loves camping and jeeping. When he has any free time he's usually working on his jeep, either fixing it from his last excursion, or getting it ready for the next.
As for me, I quit my job at the Costco bakery in February, and now I get to stay home and be a mom. I sell Usborne Books on the side, but I've known my whole life that I'm meant to be a mom. I'm so blessed that I have so much time now to make memories with my wonderful family! Who could want more than that?
