Tomorow Jess and I will be driving to Idaho for the most unfortunate event of my dear grandpa Hendricks's funeral. Like my cousins said on their blogs, he was the man of 9 lives! We all thought he was immortal and would live forever, or at least hit 100 years, but we recieved the news on Thursday morning that he passed away in his sleep. It truly was a shock, and it still hasn't really sunk in. He will be greatly missed!

that's neat that you linked it to his obituary. I may have to do the same so that I can always read his tribute in the paper. Your mom and my mom did such a great job on his life sketch at the funeral.
It was fun to see you but I wish it had been under different circumstances.:(
