Here is our Christmas Tree this year. The kids LOVE it! Whenever we have any visitors at the door Jack insists on showing it to them. Jayci especially loves to scrape all the glitter off of the ornaments, especially the star-shaped ones, with her sharp little teeth!
We have 3 small woodland trees set up in the basement that I assigned to be the 'kids' tree'. I gave them some ornaments and let them decorate however they wanted. Here were the results.Jack insisted that all the ornaments go on one branch, and Jayci followed suit.
I loved it! It had so much child-like personality!
This is why I say loved. So Sad! It's really just too much to ask to have these in the same room as all the toys!

There really is never a dull moment with kids!! Beautiful tree! You are so creative! I keep telling myself that I am going to have two trees, a family tree and a formal tree, but every year I just don't get around to it. I love how Jack and Jaci decorated there trees. So cute! Kids make me laugh.
Love the little kid's trees. I use to do that too but my kid's trees were about 9" tall. It was pretty pathetic. This year I broke down and got them a 6 ft. tree so they had plenty of room for all of their ornaments they make at school.
We've had the same issue with the little one wanting to eat/play with the ornaments and inevitable end up breaking them. My Christmas tree has almost no ornaments left on the bottom. They all had to be moved to the top...hopefully he won't be so fascinated with it next year and it will look the way I want.
BTW, did Kayli tell you I have a Christmas card for you? My computer crashed a couple months ago so I didn't have addresses for any of my cousins anymore. Kayli said she'd send your address to me. Why don't you email it to me so I can get this in the mail a.s.a.p. I guess by the time you get it, it will be more of a Happy New Year card.:) brittneycheek1@yahoo.com
