Jess came home from work mid-day today to grab his drill. When he came in to say hi I was cleaning the kitchen, and our conversation went something like this:
Jess: "Wow, you look really good! Like, extra good-looking today!"
I was taken aback and had to decide if he was actually serious. I had no makeup on and dirty, un-washed, kinky hair that hadn't even seen a brush before I threw it in a ponytail.
"Thaaaaanks?"
"Really, you look beautiful. Did you do something different with your hair?"
Ha, I think I can handle that hair-do more often! For you babe, only for you!
